When you send an e-bike or order back, return shipping is the cost of getting it to the shop. Some retailers put the price on you, others absorb it, and a heavy e-bike costs more to move than a small accessory. Bike-Angebot.de charges €100, Fatbikes.nl charges €180 and buymoreway charges €200. DOTBLUE eBIKE charges €49 to €99, while Decathlon return shipping is $0. Read the cost before ordering, since it comes off any refund you receive.
