What is Service centres?

In short

Service centres are the places a brand points you to for repairs, servicing and parts, and the count shows how easy support is to reach.

A service centre is a workshop a brand uses for repairs, servicing and spare parts. For an e-bike, the distance to the nearest one matters as much as the price, so a larger count usually means more places to take a bike that needs work.

Counts differ widely. Upway lists 500 service centres and Halfords lists 374, while Ride Electric lists 3 and Garage Cycles lists 1.

Confirm the closest one to your address before you buy, and check whether it works on the brands it does not sell.
